Constructed from marine grade .125" , 5052 (or 5086/saltwater)
alloy aluminum.

Ends and cap are seal welded.

Pontoon is filled with USCG approved “closed cell” 2lb. polyurethane foam.

The foam adds both strength and rigidity and provides flotation regardless of any compromise of the exterior of the aluminum
pontoon shell.

Rock Guard can be added to bottom of pontoons if dock will be resting in shallow water. (see rock guard on the wave dampner system below)
